Users understand that We shall remain the sole owner of the Website and these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and or any other website document notified by Us from time to time (collectively “Our Other Policies”) shall constitute a legally binding obligation between You and Us.

The User by accessing, browsing and/or using the Website (including creating an account) and by providing any information through the Website, impliedly or expressly, hereby accepts these Terms of Use and enters into a legally binding contract with Us. In order to register yourself and/or sign up, You will be required to furnish certain information and details, including Your name, mobile number, e-mail address and any other information deemed necessary by the Website (“Registration Data”).
